Bournemouth 1-3 Man Utd! Well done Man Utd! I think this Man Und team looks better than last season. They seem more dynamic in midfield and are scoring goals! I think getting their transfer business done early is a huge bonus too. I'm not sure if they can win the title, but I think they'll certainly be contenders and secure a Champions League place.
Very impressive...much like my wanking stamina :) -

Was a good starting point for Manchester United, they were giving the ball away quiet a lot in midfield, I can see Zlatan to grow very Frustrated with Wayne Rooney if Rooney continues to play very average.
will be interesting to see how Pogba fits into the team, was suprised he didnt give Mkhytarian a start, (really cost me fantasy points however not as much as Bellerin did with Arsenal losing 4-3)
Bailley continues to impress, i can see him getting alot of yellow cards as the season goes on, but he looks like a really good player. -

United looked good at points yesterday, the ball retention was a concern but they have match winners in Zlatan, Martial and Rooney (on his day) Bailley will pick up cards as will Pogba but they are real talents. Mata sounds like he will be a go to in games that aren't going to be physical. -

I read somewhere over the weekend that Mourinho is considering buying a experienced Centre Back and that being Southampton's Fonte, who i believe Southampton want to sign him to a new deal. I think its a good idea given how injury prone Manchester United's defence was year, and Phil Jones is a walking injury!
I like that Manchester United have a good depth of players going into the season, however wonder if he lets Fellaini and others go by the end of the window. -

The lack of experience at CB is a weakness for United, Smalling and Jones have experience but not sure it is the right level of experience to guide a young precocious talent like Bailley into the Premier League. That aside, the injury prone nature to the modern CB role means they could do with an extra man there to add depth -

Fonte's been immense for us these last few years and would definitely be a decent signing for United.
But hopefully guaranteed first team football and his legendary status at St Mary's will convince him to stay.
Not holding my breath, mind. -

well Arsenal has allegedly joined the race to sign Fonte aswell. Im not sure wether or not Manchester United will sign him, they certainly have the funds, and are not afraid to pull the trigger when it comes to spending money, but i reckon the appeal of champions league football will probably lead Fonte to Arsenal should a transfer happen.
