I am very sorry to hear that your experience of calling Lucy wasn't a good one. I appreciate you sharing this with us. I hope you didn't waste too much of your precious time and money and cut the call short when you realised it wasn't going in the right direction for you.

Did you ask her politely to speak up or get more involved? It's your call right? So shouldn't you be able to direct the nature of the call? Did you give Lucy any feedback on the call? Don't feel obliged Josh to stay on the phone if the host isn't up to your expectations or fails to fulfill a request.
