Damn, news just broke that Sherif Lanre has just been kicked off of Love Island. WTF?!?!
20-year-old Sherif had a chat with ITV bosses after being on the show for just 9 days. It's been said that he broke the rules but no one yet knows what rules he's broken.
Here's what a Love Island spokesperson had to say:
Quote:After breaking the villa rules Sherif had conversations with the producers and it was mutually agreed that he would leave the Love Island villa.
Sherif responded:
Quote:In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa. I regret that I didn’t conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20 year old guy, it’s something I know I will take on board and learn from. I really enjoyed my time in the villa and look forward to catching up with everyone on the outside.
Damn. That sucks for him. Now he'll never get the chance with Anna Vakili. -

Just had a quick read up on what he could possibly have been kicked out for:
- Fighting
- Sexual Aggression
- Racism
Not that Sherif can be associated with any of the above as of yet.
Other things you aren't allowed to do in the house are masturbation or appearing fully naked. I'd be booted on day one. -

This may be an unpopular opinion but honestly - fuck Amy and Curtis!!! Amy needs to stop dishing out advice like she's an expert on love and Curtis needs to come out already! He was way too quick to offer an ass massage to his mate Tommy Fury last night.
Curtis and Amy also agreed to become “half-boyfriend” and “half-girlfriend” in last night’s show after Curtis gave the most awkward and cringe speech in the hot tub.
...then Joe asked Lucie to be exclusive which made Amy all pissy because apparently she and Curtis are the only couple allowed to say they're exclusive. Get over yourself, love!
Molly-Mae also channelled her inner Megan Barton-Hanson by declaring "I fancy everybody". Go on girl, just go and get all that dick!

I mean this has to be the craziest editing I've ever seen from a "reality" dating show. They are 3 days in advance of the edit in terms of shooting to going to air and thus can really control the output in the most extreme way and the Sherif issue just proves it.
The man has gone without a trace, no one is mentioning his name, no one seems affected by anything that he might have done, his couple up partner is sat there getting along as though she never was coupled up in the first place. Now regardless of what he might have done and the truth will always come out, the show seems hell-bent on making sure it comes off incredibly squeaky clean but alas to the point where it has become somewhat sinister that they can make someone disappear in such a fashion. -

There’s been a tonne of speculation surrounding Sherif Lanre over the past few days and the reason why he was kicked out of the Love Island villa. As ITV bosses have been pretty cagey about the situation, fans have been drawing their own conclusions and one reason that keeps coming up is that Sherif was booted for wanking in the hot tub. Seems pretty plausible considering there’s a ‘no masturbating’ rule in the contract.
Here’s what the ITV2 bosses have said:
