Lost Credits on Gold Show

I tried to connect to a gold show with a performer. Tried once and got an error message saying something like 'credits couldn't be billed this time, try again later'. Then refreshed and tried again. Both times 70 credits.
When it didn't work again and the performer went offline, I noticed that 140 credits had been removed from my account. It was a gold show so should have been returned to me. Can I get this reinstated? -

If you click on my account you will see a billing period.This will have calls,tips,top ups everything.Keep an eye on this and if the show did not happen i am sure the credits will be reimbursed.Admittedly does not always happen straight away.I am sure they will reappear.Hope this helps.

How can I active the locker recording facility. for use by myself. Are there any restrictions as to what can be recorded?
