  So another new LOTR game is being realeased, about time if you ask me. Are any of you guys going to be buying it, or have any of you seen the trailers, if so please share your opinions on it. I personally think it is going to be a great game, a lot better than the other LOTR offerings we have had to withstand over the years.

  I agree that it looks like it could be a much better Lord of the Rings game than the majority that have been released thus far, assuming it is made well. I particularly like the co-op focus as I think building a fellowship with friends is kind of what people have always wanted to be able to do in those games.

  I`ve seen the trailer gotta say i`m not all that impressed by it,
  the graphics don`t look great, and the trailer doesn`t exactly show off the gameplay, i`ll reserve judgement till i see more reviews or another trailer or demo or something.

  i've seen some trailers, and a little in game footage. and i'm not impressed.
  
  while i'm not in the slightest bit a fan of lord of the rings, i'm pretty geeky but lotr has never really interested, i just tend to lean more towards sci fi etc... than i do towards fantasy style stuff. which is probably why i will never understand the whole harry potter thing, i do find it funny though that they bought out different covers so adults would feel less embarrassed reading them in public, if you ask me they should've made adults read a version with a even more childish cover, because if you're an adult who's going to read something designed for children then at least have the balls to do it and not try and hide it. but back to the topic, my own feelings about lotr aside it just hasn't impressed me at all, so even if i was a fan i don't think i'd buy it.

  some of the lord of the rings games were absolutely shit, really just spoiled the image the movies had created, but there was 1 game that was really fucking good, and i hope the one that comes on ps3 is good as well
