Logged in after a time away, now cant webchat with girls via pc

Once logged in my credits+ tab is stuck green and i cant add credits or chat to the foreign girls who are 30 credits pm etc with no phone number to call just via the net. It also says log in to chat when i am logged in which is strange whilst i still have the button to log out.
And ideas?
