Hi, i can log in to channels, forum and videos, but can’t access my account, add credits, or type in the chat box (it says I need to log in or register). But I am logged in and have logged out and back in with no success. All happened after I used the link to change my username. Can this be reset please? Thanks.

Hi guys, log in issues sorted, thanks. But my uploads in video section now contain videos I never uploaded, and my tube videos have all disappeared. Can these be reset? Happy to start again, even if all are wiped ... Also button to add to My Tube has disappeared. Hopefully reset will solve that too.

If it helps, I recorded something last night and it comes up with my old username in the list of all videos but does not appear in my tube recordings when I’m logged in under my new username.

I had something similar, when I changed my username, my saved videos were empty, & recordings were showing under my old username, one of the admin did something to correct things, so got all my saved videos back
