  Premier League vs Sheffield Utd (A): 0-2
  It wasn't the greatest performance ever but we got the three points, and that's all that matters. Sheffield Utd were good defensively and hard to break down, and were a threat on the counter and at set pieces. But most of the minor issues we had in the match were due to our own making. On the ball we were OK and we had to work hard off the ball too.

  Premier League vs Crystal Palace (A): 1-2
  It wasn't pretty and it wasn't easy but we got the three points in the end, just about. Playing at Selhurst Park is always hard but the squad dug deep and did the job in the end. Slah getting his two hundredth goal was legendary, and Elliott getting the winner will give him and the whole squad a major confidence boost.

  Europa League vs Union SG (A): 2-1
  I think that was our third defeat in twenty-three games so far this season. One was in another group match that didn't matter because we qualified already and the other was when we were down to nine men versus Spurs. So all in all tonight's result didn't really matter it was just a chance for our kids to get some match experience. I would've liked our more senior players like Kelleher, Konate, Jones, Endo, Elliott and Gakpo to have put in better first half performances but I'm not that fussed.
  
  I'm feeling generous so I'm giving all our youngsters a sound rating but Quansah can get a boss rating for scoring his first goal, despite us losing. The senior players can all get a ye messin.

  Disappointing result and performance. Games against Man Utd are never easy or straightforward most of the time, and this was one of those games. We played OK but our final ball or pass wasn't good enough.

  As a Chelsea fan I was hoping Liverpool would thump united again but it was a very mediocre performance. I do however think The title race is between Liverpool, City and Arsenal, as long as Arsenal don't win it i'm happy.  Sometimes I watch Nunez and actually think Jackson isn't a bad signing for us in comparison.

  League Cup vs West Ham (H): 5-1
  That was the perfect result and performance before the Arsenal game, but I would've loved a clean sheet. We looked really sharp from the first whistle and made it count with a sweet strike from Szobo. Both of Curtis' goals were very cheeky, especially the second. Cody getting a goal will boost his confidence. Mo's finish was cool as ice.

  Premier League vs Arsenal (H): 1-1
  Slightly disappointing we didn't get the win, but I'll take the point. We just need to be within touching distance when it gets to squeaky bum time. Trent had a great chance to snatch all three points but was denied by the woodwork. I would've liked us to have tested Raya more, because he's a bit of a liability, but our final ball has been letting us down recently, and apart from Mo all our attackers aren't in the greatest of form. Our midfield and defence were outstanding today, especially after Tsimikas was forced off due to injury. I hope he's not out for too long and Robbo comes back soon. I might need to contact a certain beautiful lady that works on here, and tell her how her team hasn't won at Anfield for over a decade LOOOOOL.

  Premier League vs Burnley (A): 0-2
  Three points, two goals and a clean sheet. It could've been easier but we fought all the way to the end for the win. Burnley put up a good fight and if it wasn't for VAR we could've got a few more goals. Nunez took his goal brilliantly and hopefully that'll give him a confidence boost. It's good to have Jota back, he's one of our most clinical finishers in the squad.

  Premier League vs Newcastle (H): 4-2
  That game was as crazy as the weather conditions. Our xG was the highest that ever been recorded by any team since the stat was created over a decade ago. Credit to Newcastle they put up a decent fight, especially Dubravka and literally Joelinton, but we could've blown them away by even more goals. Salah wasn't missing his second penalty after missing the first, and I loved his first goal and all the build up play that led to it. Jones' goal was just as beautiful and he's really become an important part of our team in the past twelve months. Salah's assist for Gakpo was insane. And so was Mac Allister's pass for Jota that led to the penalty. It's a shame Salah and Endo will be away for a few weeks due to international tournaments, but I'm sure the rest of the squad will step up in their absence. Klopp nearly losing his wedding ring due to giving his trademark fist pumps was funny.
