Im really not sure what has happened recently, it all seemed to be going so well and then the standard drop in form happens after christmas. Im hoping something is done soon, top 4 finish is needed, only have 3 games in february now so Im hoping that will benefit. -

'Pool had quite the week, first losing to then bottom-of-the table team Swansea, then losing in the semi-final of EFL Cup to Southampton and then beaten by, lower half of the Championship, Wolves.
Taught them a lesson to field their best players, there are no easy wins. Case in point, in out the FA Cup.

Oh yes indeed,just goes to show the managers at the top have little respect for the cups now,their 1st priority is to finish high as they can in the prem to rake in that cash,lets see what team Moanerinho puts out at Wembley

reports of liverpool's death may have been exaggerated, they played a weakened team in both of the fa cup ties. showing clear disrepect for the fa cup??? well maybe but that doesn not make them any different to tottenham and all the other teams. so they are saving their best playesrs for the p leagur. but there is a problem there. teams sense liverpoopl are vulnerable. and weher. before they went to anfiels hoping for a point but settling for not being humiliated. now they hope for a win and settle for a point.

Other teams tend to field their 'weakened ', with Spurs , sure it was a gaff, nearly losing to Wycomb Wanderers, who should have won. However, it was rectified by the manager putting on the 'star' players and nicked the win.
In Liverpool's case, their players who came on couldn't score. Teams got to have depth in their squad if they going to play a 'reserve' team. Prefably ones who know where the net is. -

this is all true. i work with a guy who is a liverpool season ticket holder and he said at the end of last season ( when ranieri won the league ) "one thing is for certain, we have the best manager in the league 2,, er they did get rid of brendan rodgers. he dropped 7 players and still won 4 nil. is going to win the league . be in eurpe and maybe eeven total 100 points in a season. hmmm. what has klopp done . out of everything .
