Finally our losing streak in the PL has come to an end. We nicely topped it off with a clean sheet too. The luck we've been lacking for the past month arrived when they hit the post early. By constantly putting them under pressure led to Mo pouncing on Martinez's loose pass to give us the lead before half time. Ryan's return was crowned with a goal.

Boooooooooo LOOOOOL. We needed this result and performance to give us a further confidence boost after our recent poor run of form. Alexis thumped us onto the scoresheet. It was possible for us to have had a couple more goals and Gio hardly had any saves to make. Connor deserves a special mention for the way he dealt with Vini Jr, after the way he similarly dealt with Mbappe last season.

Nah, I'm #SlotIn. Despite our current run of shocking and unacceptable form. Recently for the first time ever I even was going to predict that we wouldn't win a PL, but I'm stupidly optimistic LOOOOOL. He definitiely needs to make us more solid defensively and stop conceding so many goals. It's so strange because last season we were very confident in possession and rarely let out opposition create many chances against us. At the start of this run of poor form we were losing but one last minute goal, but now we're getting absoultely battered. Personally I'd give him until the end of the season and if we don't get to the quarter final of the CL and fail to finish in the Top 4 of the PL then I'd think about sacking him, if there was a suitable replacement available like Xabi Alonso. -

A much needed win and clean sheet. The pre-match convo was about Mo being on the bench. Alex took his first Pl goal with aplomb after smart work from Florian and Cody. Joe got an assist in his first PL start for a long time, for Cody to seal the victory. Paqueta probably beat on himself to get sent off LOOOOOL.
