Great start for Sturridge but seems to have dropped off the pace now and he does not do the work in closing down that most of the rest of the team .
What is a bit more worrying is that at the end of this season we lose both Carragher and it would seem Skertl . Which means we will need to buy not one but two high quality center backs to cover of possible injuries . Where will we find them ? -

Liverpool are a good team when playing under no pressure, as soon as they were in sight of top four, they crumble. -

Sadly after watching the last two games agianst West Ham and Reading I would say not they are not improving either. Same old problem dominte the game have most if not all of the chances but fail to score . Sturridge is okay when he scores but one lazy sod and does not help the team by defending from the front. -

Liverpool have some good players notably Suarez, Sturridge, Johnson, Coutinho and Gerrard but like Arsenal they lack consistency and fail to impress in matches that they are expected to win. They have the potential but in my own personal opinion I think they need a new manager someone that can reform the tactical approach of their game. Till that happens Liverpool will be a mid table club.
