Sony are still on this weird path to adapt all Spider-Man villains into live-action heroes. The Venom films were not good and neither was Morbius. So I expect this to be just as bad, despite my admiration for Aaron Taylor Johnson as an actor.

Note how much throat stabbing and bear trap to head violence they tried to cram into the trailer. It’s only selling point so far being more gore than your average comic book adaptation.
