  problem is i think rematch with benson and gilbert would go exactly the same way, cuz the fight itself was kinda boring - i mean both guys pretty much cancelled each other out... they're both tough, great chins, neither can probably finish the other and it's just gonna be another really close decision, but not an exciting fight like lawler hendricks could be...
  
  so i don't wanna see them again fighting each other
  
  makes you think though - two world class fighters like that and they 90% certain won't even ever be champions again - the LW division is sick!!

  ye u right they defo cancel each other out and kinda butted heads, thats why i think the eddie fight is what will happen next for sure its a nobrainer to me

  i wanna see eddie at FW if he could make that weight and still be fighting well then i think that's the division for him. outside the ufc was ok but now that he's in the UFC, these other guys are just too big - i mean he did a LOT of things better than cerrone in the beginning of their fight, but cowboy had a huge size advantage...

  ye thats not gona happen u see him at light weight hes big and has alot of muscle guys like cerone and them are taller but eddie is thicker i think,doubt he could make 145 tho

  who knows maybe he could make the weight but he probably doesnt want to move down , as he won the belt at light weight and franky edgar and eddie are like best friends so they said they wont fight each other

  oh ye they used to train in jersey when and franky was fighting at 155,but now they not even training together so maybe they will fight each other now then but eddie wont go 145 i dont think

  well if he could make 145 then maybe they would not even have to fight each other, it's not as though frankie edgar is the best FW in the world, so it's not like a GSP and Rory Macdonald type of situation, or like dc and cain. even if frankie gets one more crack at the belt i think that'll be his last and eddie probably won't win the LW belt either...

  no but if u not willing to fight each other but u both want that belt then u got a problem,and i think eddie can beat everyone but aldo at fw if he did go there

  i dont even think the fighters should be allowed to turn down fights if they are able to fight , this should be a job to them and fight who ever they put in the octagon with you

  i don't think it's a problem really they just avoid each other and live with the consequences - the consequences being that one of them cannot have the belt if the other had it and then they either sort it out amongst themselves or they finally decide to fight each other...
