  lol at this moment i dont see pettis losing to anyone ,and i think he would smash khabib,i dont think khabib could grind on pettis for 5 rounds and not get caught by something brutal

  yea that's what it looks like doesn't it? i thought milendez would give him more trouble and that by extension khabib would give him even more trouble, but pettis made quite nice work of that. it's the speed man, speed kills, he's very slick pettis. if only khabib was a bit slick himself, but he's just a big truck moving forward.
  
  mind you gilbert was doing ok in the beginning - but the problem is that you think ok, i'll get close to pettis and shut him down, but if u do that he trades well in the pocket too and there's a risk he'll snap on a submission...

  if only khabib could strike at least like a cerone and add some submissions to his game man he would be unstoppable,but i think pettis will teach him a lesson and he will come back stronger

  well he'll never be a proper technical stiker that's for sure. he's just too old to learn it and the way he moves i don't think he's naturally very fluid. i guess wrestling bears develops strength but not so much finesse lol. like for example the way connor mcgregor moves on the ground, i think he could become fantastic and BJJ, but the way khabib moves on the feet, i don't think he'll ever be truly a technical striker like pettis or even like cerrone
  
  plus i think even thou his toughness is not suspect, his cardio is a bit...

  ye connor can defo getr alot better and he has a good fight mind,if he can get as good at bjj like he is in stand up he could be like a anthony pettis like type of fighter

  yea maybe i mean i don't think he'll ever catch up to anthony pettis in terms of skills on the ground in bjj, but hey maybe i am wrong i mean he is pretty young i think he is like only 26 or something like that. but yea khabib would be a super boring champion maybe that's why ufc wants cerrone to catch up and go for title, but he's already lost to pettis....

  trust me they want to give khabib the cub swanson treatment just keep giving him tough fights until he loses,if he dont get the next shot then u know thats what it is

  well did you see that he came down to the fight against milendez and then he called anthony out right there in the post fight press conference too. i heard pettis is gonna be out for six months or something and khabib said he's ready in like may... i don't know i mean ufc would love to give cowboy the shot but he's lost to pettis already...

  pettis said at the press conference that hes ready for khabib and hes injury free,but khabib had surgery and said he be 100% in april,but the fight wont happen ufc will protect pettis

  well we'll have it to see i mean there is a limit to it you know, cuz jury, cowboy and barboza are not ready yet. and khabib is still unbeaten. he might be boring, but he's a real problem for pettis still and he's unbeaten... i think he may well get a title shot. but hey if the ufc really wants to keep khabib away they should just give connor a shot at LW lol!!
