I can only think that this is a contraction for Sexy Twitter but regardless of it's piggy back name it's a sex worker friendly social network and at the moment it seems very much centred around escorts. We like to be early adopters and as you don't know when you are likely to be censored by the mainstream social networks (We're on our 8th Rampant Facebook now) we thought we'd huner down and make a home there too.
