A lot of stuff gets remade and most of the time it's unnecessary. But I can't think of a remake being done by the same director. Woo hops back into the director's chair to tell this tale of an assassin that has to evade the law and also their fellow assassins. Nathalie Emmanuel will be taking on the duel welding Desert Eagle duties, whilst doves fly past her in slow motion (Woo must've hacked into my brain and stolen one of my dreams LOOOOOL). Omar Sy and Sam Worthington round out the rest of the main cast.

Woo controls a camera like no one else. The elegance in which he films actions scenes are art of the highest standard. Emmanuel continues to be a revelation on screen. Sy has proven why he is the star that he is. Worthington is solid and as a fan of Liverpool Football Club, there is one casting choice that is hard to watch, but the actor has actually carved out a pretty decent seond career since hanging up his boots and turning his collar down.
