There wasn't really much difference between the original cortina and the lotus cortina just a ligtle bit quicker and a few luxuries but still they are a great car nothing like abit of old touring cars the only really Motorsport these days are touring cars and rly nothing else f1 is crap these days in my opinion

With everything going so bloody well in Europe, Lotus decided to try out the Cortina in America.

They teamed Clark up with Dan Gurney and in 1964 entered the Sebring 3 and 12 hour endurance races.
