  Cassie???? We have a lady in Thai Chat amongst our ranks???? She has never appeared in these forums to my knowledge but it may be that her love affair with the channel has dissipated with its own decline. Unfortunately, I have not noticed her record anything in more recent times as she clearly had very good taste.

  okay i have been swift to chide thai chat but i think i should also point it out when they give excellent customer service. i left the vip status as many of you know partly because i was having freeze problems with p c. wll the other week i was watching daisy whilst chatting with the derryman he said that daisy had been hot on pc at 10pm and maybe i should try her but ask her first if she would staly late. anyway she was on the phone until 10 when i thought i would try my luck , it initially seemed to work and my 30 tokens went but then she must have rejected it and my tokens came back, but the next time i went on i was 30 tokens down again, i did not mention it to rampant as i felt it was stupid of me to go on at 10 when i knew the girls were finishing at 10 ( a good argument for better communication right there. ) anyway after ali came back i returned to the vip fold. and went pc . it started took the 30 credits plus but then stopped not by me and i assume not by ali . i complained about this and mentioned the daisy incident. rampant tv customer service refunded my tokens immediately. so hats off to them. we ( me ) can complain about the direction the show went but there are people there who will sort things when we ask.

  I have said this before and i will say it again. I may have significant differences of opinion with the people who run this website regarding Thai Chat and Babestation, but when people lose credits through technical issues, the staff are excellent at compensating members for their losses. 
  
  This has happened on numerous occasion and every time I have had feedback that their credits have been refunded, often promptly. Ironically, i have lost 30 credits myself on 2 occasions and have never bothered to complain despite me advising everyone else to. The cam seemed to stop for no reason after a few seconds and I had to go back in again, so of course i paid the 30 credits twice for just one visit. Too late now to complain as they would just regard that now as history, not having recorded the exact date and time of the problem.

  I want to agree with GrandDuke and stjohn on this - maybe three times over the last couple of years, the pc has simply not worked and yet kept taking my money. When I contacted ramp customer service and gave all the details, each time my credits were reinstated within a couple of days. They deserve compliments for their fairness and promptness, and also for solving 95% of technical glitches that plagued TC for so long. We will always keep pushing for high-quality content and call BS out when it is denied us, but at the same time credit where credit is due.

  Well said derryman. I have been the fiercest critic of the direction that Thai Chat shows have headed in recent times and this has led me into a head to head confrontation with nearly all the staff on here. But if nothing else, I think I am fair and want to pay compliments as well as hurl brickbats as appropriate.
  
  Full marks to their customer service on refunding credits even though I have never personally benefited from it myself.

  had a frustrating day trying to make the odd video and the recording stopping vefore the needed 5 mins are up. but ,, i have just looked thru the vids and i see that many of he ones i tried to take and finished early. after only 2 or 3 mins have actually recorded and are there to be watched. there is nothing special there but there may be a few flashes of panti to reward anyone with the patience to watch thru them , i know it is not much but a few weeks ago it would have been gold. GRANDDUKE i so not know how you managed to get a recording to last for 15 mins. any secret to it or just luck ? oh i was reading ali's perv cam chat box and i have some BIG news. but it deserves its own post at least. but i cannot think where to put it . but look out for it. coming soon

  Recording has been a problem on here for weeks now. Despite the pop-up message to the contrary, recordings that finish early and exceed 2 minutes generally are saved in the video section. I say generally because some videos never make it there for whatever reason, no matter how long they are.
  
  I still have not got over the fact that the day I got up at 3-45am to record one of Ali's first shows (and what a show!), all of my videos disappeared without trace. I had nearly the full hour recorded but not a single second of her wonderful performance was preserved for posterity, apart from a short video made by someone else that morning that just gave a taster as to how good the show actually was.

  It really is playing Russian Roulette when recording as to whether it will continue past the 2 minute mark. After that it is anyone's guess but it is very rare for any recording to now go the full 15 minutes.
  
  Maybe it is a subtle feature introduced into this website to reduce costs, as all these videos must take up a lot of storage space which costs money. Just really annoying if something really good is happening on the show and you press record and it stops before the magic 2 minutes is up.

  Sami is exasperating. She is back now to showing nothing when she gets calls during the spicy hour. And right next to her Ali is giving a smoking hot tease/topless show. As great as Sami once was, and as good as she can still occasionally be, she is mostly a non-performer. She should be kept on second shift. But there isn't anything for it because her superfan spends thousands on her a month no matter what she does or doesn't do. To the bosses, she is money and that's all that concerns them. She is still really gorgeous so this is a waste and a shame.
