  Bloody hell, I'm all for an extended trailer but sometimes I feel like I don't need to watch the film because they've already shown all the best bits in the trailer. That's kind of how I feel with the latest It trailer, but I just can't help myself.

  Thanks for posting the latest trailer for this, Reedefox. To be honest, with how genuinely scary this looks to be im amazed that the film is being released early september..film would have made an absolute killing released a month later (just prior to halloween). Not planning on seeing this at the cinema but thats not to take away from the film ..just that have no plans to visit a cinema before november. Gonna be all over it on it's home release though.

  yeah u right gymaddict this is a absolute halloween release if u ask me, but as for the movie it looks like its scary but these clown movies have never done it for me, but this looks way better than all of those

  Clown movies (especially horrors) do tend to be a bit hit and miss. That said theres always Nicholson's and Ledger's Joker. Also, although a tv show, i have a real soft spot for twisty the clown from American Horror Story (kjinda biased though as am going out parting during halloween dressed as him for the 2nd year rnning).

  Definitely need to watch this one, at least this might be one Stephen King adaption that isn't a steaming pile of crap this year. Very different look for Pennywise compared to the Tim Curry version, but that's not a bad thing. They've definitely nailed the tone right by the looks of it and will be interesting to see just how well it works making it into two films. Should give the story chance to be told in detail.

  2 films..first im hearing of the story being told over 2 films (that said, i have not really looked into the film that heavily lol). Poor old Steven King, all this classic material he's knocking out in book form, its hitting the big and smell screen this year and its all been pretty bad so far (what with the attrocious' The Mist' tv series and 'Dark Tower' which although looking kinda interesting, doesnt seem to be getting th visitors). Hopefully 'It' will blow both of those out of the water and stand on its own. Still need to track down the originall tv mini series..gotta give it a rewatch before watching the film (just telling myself that haha).

  Got around to watching this the other day (not after rewatching the original tv mini series though as originally planned..what can i say, couldnt help myself (lol), and have gotta say..bloody good job. Ok, granted, on occassion you do become aware of the films run time as on atleast a couple of occassions the film does drag a little. This said, pennywise is never too far away from putting in an appearance and OMG what a fuckin awesome job the actor and team behind have done with him in this..repeatadly had to ask a family member if they wanted to stop watching for fear they may have nightmares. Ultimatly this is a really strong horror and film as a hole with top billing going to Pennywise..good job.

  I loved the marketing campaign they did for this release as well. They randomly placed red balloons in places all over the United States.
  
  The genius of it is the first ones were probably the production company, then you sit back and let the public do your work for you

  As marketing campaigns go..simple buut i should imagine pretty effective (especially as regards the younger end of the viewing spectrum who were leally allowed to see the film). Pennywise really is a tiour de force in this and im eagerly antycipating chapter 2 (whenever that is scheduled for release..bloody miles off i expect).

  And A Fine Use Of The English Slang Word There In The Intro - " Cac "
  
  Can't Get Musch Better Than Cac In Your Pantaloons For The English.
  
  Never Had That Kind Of A Problem - Being Born A Jock - Kilt And All ,lol.
  
  Had My Fair Share Of " Brigadoon " Though,lol.
