Is it a German mentality thing or what ?

At the Belgian Grand Prix it appeared that Rosberg deliberately crashed or clipped Hamilton with the express intention of making sure that Hamilton would be out of the race . No thought of what could happen to the car or the other driver or indeed what damage he might do to his own car. Hamilton says that afterwards Rosberg admitted it was delibrate but now his team are saying that this is not the case . Shumacher was also guilty of twice at least of driving in to other drivers to stop them is this just chance or is part of the German mentality to win at any cost . Sad thing is nothing seems to be getting done to Rosberg meaning he will most likely do it again if he is behind Hamilton .
