Is Anahot real (& Rina)

Hi all, 1) I view from the RTV system, permanently listed with a show is one 'ANAHOT', but she's never on view, always "in a private or Group session". Why would you take that route when you don't know what she looks like? Or is taking a break?! Is there actually someone there?!
2) Could BS & RTV make it clearer to punters that you can't 'chat' with the Studio66 girls (always some on duty) unless you do it via the Studio66 website (a horrible site, with useless support staff, I'm still waiting after 3months to get ID & password sorted out!)
3) Who is RINA ELLIS? Often on shift late at night, it's not clear which system she's working with, nor how to chat to her. Poor girl looks so sad, she might brighten up if she had some chat with punters?
