  i cant make my mind up between the mini and the 4 im buying one of them one minute i say im going for the mini next minute ive changed my mind pro's n cons
  mini is smaller easier to handle negative doesnt have the a6x chip or a retina display
  ipad 4 pro's n cons has the a6x chip and retnia display cons its heavier and more chunky

  Well I'm a huge apple fan, I already own heaps of apple products - which include all the iPads and the mini. So in my opinion I personally would go for the iPad 4, as its bigger screen and it is faster like you said it has the a6x chip. I dont actually think its that bulky / heavy. The loading of web pages etc are a lot clearer. As for the battery life - although there is a difference I can't really tell as I use them for different things.
  
  Overall I would always go for the iPad 4

  as you well no im a apple fan too and thats exactly my dielmea im getting a top of the line macbook pro nxt week some time and going to get an ipad at same time with 3g and wifi ill probally go for the ipad 4 as thier isnt many apps made specailly for the mini as of yet
