INTERNS OF F.I.E.L.D (AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D PARODY)

The guys at Screen Junkies must be doing pretty well for themselves because this parody of Marvel’s ‘Agents of Shield’ looks about as high budget. We post an Honest Trailer every week because they’re hysterical so I’m hoping for good things from this. It stars among others the all grown up kid from Jerry Maguire (Jonathan Lipnicki), Johnny Rico from Starship Troopers and sadly Loki from Son of the Mask (Jamie Kennedy). I wonder if that little pop there will make it into Jamie Kennedy’s, ‘Hecklers 2’ documentary (Hecklers is totally worth checking out).


In this we see the assistants to the assistants of super heroes a bit like the made up position for Dwight Schrute in ‘The Office, An American Workplace’ so I’m looking forward to loads of slapstick humour from their actions and plenty of intertextuality from the ‘Agents of Shield’ itself. Who knows, this could be so good that maybe one day there will be a crossover.
