I bought some credits but have been charged more on my card than I should have done!
Would somebody be able to point me in the right direction. Do I need to email the support email?

Either email support or go to the member list and look up the admin staff which are the first names on the first page and PM one or a couple of them. And they should be able to help sometime soon obviously under the circumstances they may not answer on Monday or they may see this and PM you themselves.
