Are these really the right moments for a selfie?

These guys got held up in traffic because a man was threatening to commit suicide by jumping from the bridge. So, naturally, they took a selfie... Complete with the jumper in the background:

Scary how people just don't think where they are. Maybe this shows how people are moving to live vicariously through their selfies and internet posts rather than actually living what they are doing at that moment. They look at their phone that night and think 'fuck, my grandma is dead'. Quite sad actually
