I have free minutes on my account but when I try to use them it says the code/offer has already been used. What can I do?

I assume this is the free minutes for signing up rather than free minutes from posting judging by your account? If you have not used that code yet than I would contact customer tech support if you need an answer asap, otherwise I am sure someone with powers will help you here.

Sometimes it takes a little while but I am always impressed with the response and help given by everyone involved with the site. Hang in there and someone will sort it out for you soon I'm sure.
