Along with the fact that Red Bull always go for better corner speed than straight line speed means that a fast McLaren of button would always pose a threat to Vettel and it was proven that he could not get past, Hamilton still had to race the strategy and preserve the tyres, on this performance any of the top 4 could still win the championship.
