HTC 1 - Will this the most annoying phone ?

Seen the new HTC 1 today at work and the new touted feature of it having speakers on the front is not all it is made out. Imagine your on the train , bus normal commute etc and someone with one of these decides they want to play a tune to their friends this thing goes loud and you are not going to be able to ignore it . If there is a couple of them around and they both start it will bedlam .
