as a budding forum poster, i figured it'd be pretty useful for me to know how to "cap" so what, do i like prt scn and just upload or are there rules or any specific software? sorry for seeming stupid here guys haha

Look in the Support / General Help section mate for this. Also you can use the search function (located up the top by the Logout / MY VIP buttons), it would have given you the answer without need to start a new thread.
