  Hey Cougarhunter,
  Having had some experience in the adult film industry, I can tell it isn't easy.
  
  Most producers are looking for performers that are well-endowed, can achieve and maintain an erection easily for an extended period of time without drugs, are NOT abusing alcohol/drugs, ejaculate pretty much "on cue" and who are versatile.
  
  The more you can do, straight, bi, gay-for pay, the more you stand make.
  
  Any responsible producer/director is going to also require you to take a blood test before hiring.
  
  A set is a very busy place with video and still photographers moving up close and sometimes VERY personal to get a shot, sound men, grips, and a whole host of other people there to "git 'er done."
  
  So if you have any trouble performing under those circumstances, you won't last very long because the simple truth is time is money in this business and they simply won't make time for you if you can't perform.
  
  Best suggestion I can make is to contact the producers of some of your favorite adult films, they're usually listed on the cases, and find out when and where they hold auditions.
