Best settings - BBCode for Forums, as size 360x360 Best Fit, Click Thumbnails copies the code, then paste in desired thread

When you go on the site, click Log in, and it should have a "Sign in with twitter" option

At the moment it's best to copy the image part of lic.me not the thumbnails as they are not working properly right now. They slice the images, that you worked so hard to grab, in half, which can be a pain in the arse.

A guy called Bickers pointed that out to me. In fact he's done a thread which explains the lic.me in more detail. Maybe that could be useful to you.
