HENNESSEY VENOM F5
The original Venom, based on the Lotus Exige, is already the world's quickest production car, but rather than the rest on their 270 mph laurels, Hennessey are developing a new one.

It's called the F5, and all being well it should clear 290 mph.

Horsepower will increase by 166 to 1,400 and thanks to all that carbon fibre and aluminium it's slimming down to just 2,866 lb.

Only 30 are being built, and it's expected to cost north of $1.2m. Might seem a lot but it'll piss all over the Veyron, and they're loads more.
