Help - Problems with tube sites!

Hi I am sorry if this in the wrong section but I am having a problem with sites such as Xvideos and porntube when ever I click a video it sometimes is slow loading or it freezes when I forward it a bit? This problem doesn't happen on here on or Youtube or Redtube What could be causing it on some other sites?
