  This was fuckn mad This m8, it was made in Germany 1960 but i remember seeing it when i was about 12-13 which would mean it was on telly about 1973-74, hahaha i thought yiz might have sum troub with this 1, btw no thats not Angela Lansbury

  ah clitterbug you dog, good clue, no wonder kids from this age are so fucked up, that is The Singing Ringing Tree, some of the best (or evilest (is that a word!)) tv to come out of East Germany. Not really a fairy tale, more like a horror story... nice one mate, brings back memories (shudder) that does...

  yea spot on Russy the singin ringin tree is right, glad u watched this m8 now i know i wasnt the only kid in britain to have nightmares about a bear n a miget, wasnt that the weirdst thing you ever saw that m8? shud bring it back as a way of disiplinin todays kids tell em if they dont bhave they will have to go see the miget, your go m8

  I remember talking to a guy in work about this a few years back, he was a few years older than me and remembered it most vividly, so after that I looked it up again (that's why the German clue gave it away), they sure don't make them like that anymore lol.

  OK, it aired late 70's into early 80's and was series about a trucker, and had a catchy theme tune..

  Russy i dont recognice the Star or the guy with him! but i do vaguely remember a prog about truckers called Bj n the Bear? btw i think BJ was his name not an instuction!
