  its something that looks familiar but i only thought they did a film called the muppets so that's my guess or it could be sesame street

  No sorry it`s not from that hornyguysi.
  Allright i will give some more very helpful hints, which should make sure someone can get it, it ran for 5 series, the puppet in the picture is a lead character and isn`t usually a puppet aside from in that one episode, and the series has a strong link to The Avengers due to one key person involved in both.

  Ok more hints(i am determined that someone is going to get this right lol)
  the lead actor in this is currently in a series where the title rhymes with the word smones(that`s probably not a real word)
  and the series the program in the picture is from was a spin off from a series whose name rhymes with the word Guffy(also not really a word lol).
  If no one gets it from those hints i give up and will just chose a random person to post the next one.

  Yeah you are indeed correct mate, it is from Angel, (i knew someone would get it, after the numerous increasingly more helpfull hints) i was suprised no one got it earlier thought more people watched it, more people should watch it anyway.

  Never watched Angels before didn't look that interesting to me at the time, might go back and watch it at some point though.

  I'd highly reccomend you watch Angel, and Buffy as well actually, preferably start watching them in tandem starting Angel right when the Angel spin off starts after series 3 of Buffy (best way to watch them and see the crossover moments properly)
  Anyway back on topic lol, that pic is vaguely familiar can't place it though and wouldn't know what to post after if i did answer it right.

  It's an American comedy series which currently has seven seasons. It also has some pretty big name actors in it. More clues soon if anyone requires them.

  The clue doesn`t help all that much to be honest, but as no one else has guessed i`ll take a guess at it and see if i get lucky, this is a total guess based on nothing really, but is it from 30 Rock? i`ve only seen about 4 episodes of that so i could be way off, but it`s not familiar enough to be something i regularly watch.

  I suppose the clue was a bit vague, it is not from 30 Rock.
  Going to describe the show a bit to help it is a comedy like I said with 4 characters being the main focus on the show. Each episode is "the gang" (another hint) getting into various hilarious situations. The character in the picture is an actor who was also on a quite well known 2011 comedy film.
