  Does anyone want to venture a guess as to what movie the above picture is from. Its kind of an obscure one (thought i would post quite a hard one). Horror fans should definatly get it, especially fans of older horror movies (its not a recent film).

  ok there was a film some time back about like these jumping attacking spiders taking over like a small town, i think it was called arachnophobia. but i'm not 100% plus i think the spiders in that movie might have been black. anyway, that's my guess still...

  Hey Timm24. A great guess but unfortunatly not correct. Arachnophobia (with Jeff Daniels), while a great film was only a pg certificate...this is most definatly an 18 and thats when it was allowed a release. A clue or 2 for ya. Whos to say the film was in english and who to say the director was english.

  That picture is strangely familiar, but I can't place from what. Problem is I've seen that many horror films it's figuring out which of the 100's I've seen it could be, that's if I'm not mistaken and never actually seen it at all.

  i went and watched that film arachnaphobia and you're right it is extremely pg lol because there are a lot of moments there which should make one of the actors say wtf lol. pretty good movie nonetheless. i'm pretty sure i don't know the move in the pic though and it doesn't seem like many people here do either. clue?

  Arachnaphobia was a pretty damn good film. May have been only a pg but there were more than enough jumpy moments. Shoud imagine it was one of the scariest films ever if you actually suffer from archnaphobia. Ok, clues, Mary Whitehouse and the whole video nasty thing and the film itself is an italian film directed by Lucio Fulci. Those clues should help you greatly.

  Ok, a couple of last clues as i have been hogging this for nearly two weeks now. The film is about a young woman inheriting an old hotel in Louisiana where after a series of supernatural 'accidents', she learns that the building was built over one of the entrances to Hell. The film is known was part of Fulcis unofficial gates of hell trilogy.

  Ok, everyone give up. The movie is Lucio Fulci's 1981 masterpiece, The Beyond. Also known as the seven doors of death. A true horror classic and a must for any and every fan of horror movies. They really dont make em like this anymore which is a crying shame. Like so many of Fulcis movies, this is a fantastic film with a closing scene that will stay with you forever. The scene from the picture is one of the most, if not the most genuinely horrific spider attack scenes ever commited to a film. As im not gonna be on now until next weekend, let the free for all commence. Whoever posts the next film gets to go next.

  I have no idea how that was remotely familiar, I have never seen that film. Bit odd lol. As I'm the first to post after, and it's up for the next person, here is the new one, small hint it's a horror (since I have no idea how well known this film is).
