  finally! a decent sized picture.... but i have no idea what the film is lol...
  
  i recognise the actor, it's that french dude who was in one of the ocean's films, the last two i think..

  Mesrine: Killer Instinct - French film with Vincent Cassel as Jacques Mesrine , ( in 2 parts ) the first part's script was based on the autobiographical book L'instinct de mort by French gangster Jacques Mesrine, while the second part detailed Mesrine's criminal career after his escape from prison, and his subsequent brutal end. The film has been referred to as the French version of the American film Scarface which starred Al Pacino. ( the pic is from second part )
