  Now it may just be me who thinks this, but given GTA's Scottish origin, i'm firmly of the opinion this needs to be made, they started in Dundee but are now based in Edinburgh which woud be a perfect starting point for the game!!
  
  There was GTA London on PS1 which definitely also deserves a remake from the birds-eye version
  
  I'm defo thinking of mailing Rockstar & pitching the idea to them, probably be tld where to go :P but gonna do it anyway

  Already been one.
  There was GTA: Saint Andrews.
  
  Although apparently some people actually called it "San Andreas". Idiots!

  That would be interesting actually, scenery wise it would be a big change from the other games in the series.
  And Edinburgh has a good variety of locations, the more populated area with the old buildings (Edinburgh castle etc), and the less populated areas outside of the city with natural scenery (i've been to Edinburgh a few times, know it quite well lol).
  
  Interesting idea actually, probably won't happen due to the fact that they seem to set most of the GTA games in american cities (or pretend american cities at least).

  It really would be great to see, not forgetting places like Murrayfield, it really should have been done by now for sure, but I somehow see the next instalment of GTA being based in a city that's been named on the radio in pretty much every game in the series, that being Carcer City

  Yeah it would be good, and an interesting change to previous games, but it's unlikely though, i doubt most americans would understand a strong Scottish accent, might hurt the sales a bit lol.
  I think the closest you'll get to a GTA set anywhere in the uk is The Getaway (tried very hard to be like GTA, just set in london). Will most likely set it will likely be Carcer city yes (been mentioned enough), or maybe a return to the same location as Vice City (mental block on the name of the city).
