the problem signing coentrao was that real madrid were gonna sign a left back called guilherme siqueira, but it didnt go through so they couldnt let coentrao go without getting cover.

I don't think you can knock Arsenal for the amount they spent on Ozil, but Eriksen at £12m, you'd have to say Spurs got at least as good a deal. He's looked good for a few years now so I'm surprised someone didn't snap him up sooner, and for a higher fee.

eriksen is a quality player and very cheap in this market, but ozil is on a different level to him, he is a proper world class player and should be quality for them.
