  They could afford it, but he'd only sign if he was guaranteed first team football. Otherwise he may as well stay at Real.
  
  Just don't think it's viable to have two such high profile keepers at the same club, and I can't remember an example of it ever happening.
  
  Agree with you on Hart's self-belief but as Roy Keane says, it's a fine line between confidence and unjustified cockiness. It's one thing to dust yourself and learn from your mistakes, another to go and repeat them a couple of weeks later.

  IThere is example at the moment but I think back to the England Goalkeeper battle between Seaman and Flowers and their playing well spurred the other to play better and it worked positively for both. Not exactly the same as I am suggesting but theoretically the same. They won't do it but hey ho. Nice to have a two pence worth.

  I would agree about Hart's mental strength being a positive, I do think he perhaps struggles to trust the defenders in front of him when Kompany is not there, I do think that stems partially from arrogance. He does need some competition though

  Well without Kompany, the Manchester City defence lack leadership and some calmness. So maybe Joe Hart feels as though he has to help out. Like yesterday there was no need for him to come out but he may have felt his help was required. Maybe Hart needs to just relax and have faith in the defence in front of him.
