Appalled. The old one is a design classic so leave it as it is. Not having this new one at all.

Good ol' safety regulations eh?

RE: Good bye to a legend
So is it actually gone? Says here that it's only being considered, and for financial reasons rather than safety ones.
Anyway there's a petition... Save the Defender! A couple of jazzy Kahns |

RE: Good bye to a legend
The reason it is being explained as a financial decision is after the correct adjustments to comply with the regulations how much is the purchase price going to go up . Then it will be more expensive than the Toyota Hilux , VW Amarok ( which we swapped too ) or any off the other pick up trucks you can buy ...... We made the swap to the Amarok after having to spend 10k on after market engineering to sort out the suspension and engines on 6 vehicles ...... most of these changes were reliability issues ....
