This is the latest instalment in the franchise, after the releases of Godzilla, Kong Skull Island, Godzilla King of Monsters and Godzilla vs Kong. As well as the title we also get a vague release date of 2024. This teaser pretty much doesn't consist of much apart from the skulls of Godzilla and Kong.

Due to my enjoyment of the Monarch TV series, and how that tied into my favourite instalment (Kong Skull Island) of this recent franchise I thought I'd give this a go. But after watching Godzilla Minus One and then watching this, it was underwhelming on a character level, especially given how talented the cast are at drama and comedy. Rebel Moon Parts One and Two are still the least enjoyable things I've watched in recent memory (looking back, I didn't eviscerate it enough) but this was close.
