I think its absolutely disgraceful how society and media bully young girls and women, just let them be who they are.
For example take Michelle Heaton, don't get me wrong she is still a gorgeous woman but when in Liberty X she was rocking some sexy curves(which I love seeing). But again because society and media calling her the FAT one it caused her to become grossly thin. She is still thin but look's healthy.
Encouragement is fine, but what they are doing is wrong.
It's not just weight, it's surgery too.
I've got to stop because it infuriates me too much.
