  There was a slight glitch with the voucher system that has now been rectified. Could you please PM me if you have topped up within the voucher window (22.00 BST 23/08/19 - 05.00 27/08/19) and we will manually add your 20%.

  I bought 200 tokens and got 20 free, this is 10% not 20.Do the maths and complain if you didn't get what you were promised.

  Come to think of it I already had 20 tokens so I didn't get the bonus.Now it all makes sense lol.
