    at least he got the sideburns right. the rest looks shithouse. seems to have been done by the same bloke that did all those ancient roman busts. can't do eyes. maybe that's why George was so good, defenders couldn't predict which way he was going to go by looking at his eyes

    What the hell has happened to sculpting. You look at Ancient Roman or Greek sculptures where tools and training were few and far between, and they are a million times better than the shit that gets made now to commemorate people. Especially whichever agency keeps claiming they have a talent for sculpting football players

    That is of course totally true. But at the very least I could look at them and believe that could be an actual person. The sculptures coming out of footballers these days look like an alien race trying to disguise themselves as humans after only getting a verbal description
