  Was a great start to the fourth series, the Hound/Arya's scenes at the end in particular were a standout. Not much of the dragons in it though (but they'll get more use later in the series), the recasting of Daario (possibly spelled wrong) was a bit jarring though, very different to the first actor that played the role, wonder why they recast.

  I assumed that the original actor didn't test very well with audiences. I personally prefer this one. The last guy couldn't act for toffee and he looked like some WWE reject.

  That may well have been the case, just a very different actor, looks wise as well as how the character was played and to be fair the character is supposed to boast and be very vain (although his acting was iffy at times). That said i will no doubt get used to the new actor, just as it was the first appearence.
  I did read they have recast the Mountain as well though, would make it the third actor in that role, but maybe the newest actor is physically closer to the original guy.

  Well that would explain why I had no idea who the fuck that guy was meant to be.
  I figured I must have just forgotten him between seasons.

  Yeah that would be why you didn't recognise him thisscotsman, he was replaced.
  I have actually looked it up, I'm curious why, but no site seems to have found the reason why, maybe he was just unpopular or possibly busy. The original actor for the Mountain was recast because he had taken a role in, I think Spartacus, before the start of series 2.
