  @gymaddict technically you wait only a day longer than the us to get it, no one gets it any earlier. Admittedly they sometimes pick weird dates to start it in general.
  
  Still looking forward to the new season, but was disappointed with where they took some character's stories (the ones that seemed to diverge massively from the books, it bothers me lol) and slightly concerned they are letting complaints alter where they take show now. After complaints about a certain rape scene in the last series they are changing how they approach that subject from now on, that bothers me. Not because i like rape to point out, because once you start letting complaints dictate how you write the show it could be a dangerous precedent.

  But it Thrones, Coop lol. Waiting longer for thrones is nothing short of sacraledge. Im used to getting my fix come the start of April not having to wait till near the end. I was aware of some complaints being made about THAT scene but to allow the fucking pc busybodies dictate what the rest of us watch. Fans of the show, while may have found the scene uncomfortable to watch, they cant deny it was also compelling and compelling is something that thrones does so well. If people are not happy with the content rather than bitch and moan to the regulator, hows about dont fucking watch the show anymore . Phew, rant over..pc busybodies piss me off..im knackered after that rant haha.

  I just finished the latest series of GoT and i enjoyed it quite alot and i hate having to wait so long for a new series to come out!
  The rape scene didnt really disturb me... its drama ffs. Not like its real. So anybody moaning can just turn over. I did find her moans funny though :P Just wanna clarify that i dont find rape funny.

  The point of scenes like that is to show how difficult and depressing the world of Westoros is. People get their heads lopped off, crushed. People get killed, raped and mutilated (a certain character in particular). Personally i've always been of the don't like then don't fucking watch idea, don't like how dark Game of thrones is then they shouldn't watch (i can't stand reality tv, but i don't watch and complain because i don't like it. I just don't bloody watch it).

  Nice save there with the whole not finding rape funny remark, Jose Mourinho. Gotta say i dont either but in a boundry pushing show like GoT it is certainly compelling to watch (just when you think the show cant push the boundries any further..). Im with both of you, Jose and jesslloydfan, dont like the show or what it depicts (for the purposes of compelling viewing) dont bloody watch it. The busy bodies that feel the need to complain to the extent that they want the show altered should just shut the fuck up and watch the great bake off or pottery off or sew off or some other pansy arsed bollocks like that (phew, im knackered lol).

  I just hope they aren't going to go too far in changing their approach because of the idiotic complaints. I find it interesting of all the things shown in the show that got the most complaints. Poor Theon (well poor is probably pushing, the character is a colossal pillock) got mutilated and people seemed to have less problem with it. 
  
  Random side note, i might start complaining about programs i don't like see if they get changed to suit my tastes. For example there are not enough angry grizzly bears in the (mind rotting shit that is) big brother/ the jungle from big brother in the outback, I demand grizzly bears be added.

  Now if grizzly bears were unleashed then i may actually watch those steaming turds. Hows about dropping spiders on the big brother contestants during the night just as the lights are switched on. The expressions, the sounds of x amount of grown celeb wannabees soiling themselvves..entertainment of the highest order. Sets a dangerous prescedent when anyone can make a complaint about a show even if said show features simaler elements a lot of the time and that may lead to actual alterations in future episodes f the show just to accomdate some busy body fuckface. If thats the case though, time to try and bring about changes in some of the crap on tv.
