That is the smallest mentality I have ever come across. These things invariably effect everyone even if they aren't on your doorstep on this very day.

He didn't get the votes. He got the "Electoral votes" by getting 797,724 FEWER votes than Clinton. Once again showing the system needs an overhaul

Yes! It Has! Are you crazy? Presidents affect global economies straight away. Before trump even became presidential-elect and only showed signs of being in the lead the FTSE 100 dropped.
The way Trump views the world is small minded and bigoted, this has a knock on affect of the progression of race relationships among the public. Not saying that every one who chose to leave Europe was racist but there has been a rise in race related incidents reported since Brexit and the same is likely for the US. We may be have boundaries by borders but that is only physical, the current media, televised and online allows for boundary-less sharing of ideologies and the current ones being bounded around of building walls and exclusion of those from certain religious beliefs travel far and wide and prick up the ears of ignoramuses all over.

For someone who has so much to say and usually in the form of bile and venom you must spend a minute fraction thinking first.
