'Free penis enlargement therapy' offered to drivers of 4x4's

It’s often said that guys who drive big cars are compensating for having tiny dicks. I know I've muttered it under my breath many a time when driving past some utter douche in his matt black Range Rover.



Until now, I thought that it was just a funny observation but some absolute joker has actually taken the time to get a load of posters printed that advertises free penis enlargement on the NHS to 4x4 drivers. The posters were put up in Birmingham's Sherlock Street on Sunday but they were already torn down by Tuesday, presumably by a 4x4 driver with a pin-dick.




In all fairness, if 4x4's weren't such pricey gas-guzzlers I'd toally be driving too. I can see why some of the owners of big cars might have got a tad peeved. Still funny though.

It's hideous, it looks like something they would have transported prisoners in in some 80's/90's sci-fi movie like The Running Man or Fortress.
