hi guys, i know its explained but im still not 100% sure of how we get and then redeem the free points!?!?
could someone explain this to me.

If you have more than 10 points they'll be automatically redeemed every Wednesday morning, and you'l see your free minutes appear in the Firecall calling app on the Rampant Live Shows page

But you can redeem these minutes yourself, correct? Do they stay available until you use them or is there a use it or lose it policy in place here?

You can spend the free minutes on any show you like, whenever you like
